Our Policy

We offer a two-stage program to ensure you are satisfied with your Statton tuned suspension and keep you up to date with our latest and best settings.

1. Valving revisions are free within 30 days. It doesn't happen often, but we don't always get it right on the first try. If we miss the mark on your setting , and you genuinely have not felt the benefit we will revise the valving according to your feedback at no charge. We'll even pay shipping on the way back to you.

2. Valving updates are free with a standard service for the life of your suspension. Statton Mechanical continuously tests and re-tests our best settings. If we find an improvement, we will install our latest/best settings for past customers at no additional charge when you pay for a standard service. Additional parts charges may apply in some situations.
